**Job Summary:**
CLW is looking to hire a full-time Job Coach to provide job coaching services to clients in the Geneva/Newbury area. The Job Coach will evaluate clients, place them in suitable jobs, and continue to support them in acclimating to their work environment and duties.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored job coaching plans for clients.
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and match clients to suitable positions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients in the workplace, including assistance with learning job tasks and navigating social interactions.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to coaching strategies as needed.
- Offer career guidance and support in developing job-related skills.
- Advocate for clients' needs and facilitate communication between clients and employers.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of client progress and coaching interventions.

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in Community Employment preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with good comprehension abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach to job coaching.

**Requirements:**
- Must pass criminal background check.
- Pre-employment physical and drug testing are mandatory.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past 5 years and no more than 6 points.
