**Job Summary:**

CLW is seeking a full-time Vocational Driver to transport vocational product to our northern Ohio locations. The Vocational Driver will work Monday-Friday from 8AM - 4PM and be based out of our Geneva, OH, location. CLW is a day provider for adults with developmental disabilities with 12 locations throughout the state of Ohio. The Vocational Driver will be responsible for transporting vocational materials and finished products to and from facilities and other locations as required. This role will involve regional travel using company-provided vans or automobiles.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive company-owned vans, buses, and trucks to and from CLW facilities.
- Ensure regular maintenance of vehicles.
- Transport materials used for vocational services and finished products to northern Ohio locations.
- Safely transport confidential documents protected by state and federal laws.
- Support Vocational Director and Production Specialists in meeting vocational job deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of company vehicle use.
- Verify the good working condition of all motor vehicles before use.
- Uphold a positive company image when engaging with the public.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years' experience driving Box Truck or larger required. Minimum 5 year general driving experience, 2 of which must be in the USA.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and the public.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clean driving record.

**Physical Requirements:**

The Vocational Driver must be able to:
- Manage various forms of physical and emotional stress.
- Drive a large van or bus with ease.
- Bend, lift, and carry heavy boxes and bags.
- Lift, pull, and carry objects weighing 10-20 pounds frequently and up to 30-40 pounds occasionally.
